The facilities of the administrative headquarters of Comfacauca became the epicenter of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Fair, an event dedicated to promoting employment and entrepreneurship in Popayán. More than 150 women actively joined this event, seeking opportunities for their professional and personal growth.
During the event, 90 women participated in the “Emotional Management for Job Search” workshop, in which they acquired valuable tools to approach this process with confidence and determination. In addition, 25 resume registrations were made and personalized job guidance was offered to 30 participants, to optimize their job search strategies.
In the area of employability, 20 women applied for available vacancies, taking advantage of the opportunities presented at the fair.
The Employment and Entrepreneurship Fair also provided a space to publicize the services of the Employment Agency and the Comfacauca Unemployment Subsidy, highlighting its importance and benefits for the community.
Among the attendees were women belonging to the Unemployment Subsidy program, Casa de la Mujer, Unicomfacauca, Centro Educativo Empresarial Comfacauca, Secretariat for Women and the Mayor’s Office of Popayán, which demonstrates a joint commitment to the labor and business development of the region. .
