‘Media sent from other regions for shutdown activities’
(ANSA) – ROME, AUGUST 01 – Following the request made by the Sicilian Region, the Prime Minister, Mario Draghi, signed the Dpcm last night with the declaration of the state of national mobilization of the civil protection system. The Department is therefore working to coordinate the dispatch of volunteers, national organizations and regional mobile columns, who will operate in support of the activities of extinguishing the fires.
This morning, the Civil Protection still informs, an update meeting was held during which the departure for Sicily was confirmed, today, of teams from Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lombardy, Piedmont, Veneto and from the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano. (HANDLE).
