The Chilean Inter midfielder Arturo Vidal tested positive for Covid and was hospitalized in Chile. Vidal was isolated for 72 hours in the national team retreat that on Thursday in Santiago del Estero will meet Argentina for the qualifiers for the next world championships, after having manifested «a fever syndrome due to tonsillitis». On Friday he was vaccinated along with other teammates.
