The closing of the transaction between CDP and Enel, with the first set to rise to 60% of Open Fiber and the Australian fund Macquarie, new ally, to 40%, will presumably arrive “in the next few days”, says the group’s CEO of Via Goito, Dario Scannapieco, in the middle of the press conference for the presentation of the new strategic plan of Cassa.
