Gang member who ordered murders of honest Salvadorans will face justice

Luis Alfredo Ramírez García, alias “Cobra”, is a gunman of the 18 Sureños, who planned and executed the homicides ordered by the gang. He was captured in the Agua Caliente canton, Caluco, Sonsonate.

He has an extensive criminal record: illegal carrying of firearms, illicit trafficking, illicit groups and damage.

According to ongoing investigations, “Cobra” is linked to a homicide that occurred in 2014.
