The General Directorate of Energy, Hydrocarbons and Mines (DGEHM) reports that the price of gasoline will present a seventh increase so far in 2024 for the fortnight between April 2 and 15. The gallon will be billed up to $0.12 plus the next fortnight at the national level.
The gallon of superior gasoline will be sold $0.12 more expensive throughout the country, reaching reference prices of $4.60, $4.61 and $4.64 in the center, west and east of El Salvador.
Regular gasoline, for its part, will have an increase of $0.11 per gallon in the central and western areas, while in the east it will be $0.12, with the price of the hydrocarbon quoted between $4.28 and $4.33.
The price of Diesel fuel will not suffer any change compared to the last fortnight.
