Likewise, he demanded that construction and audit contractors meet the contract execution times and that the workforce be local so that this contributes to the revitalization of the economy.

For his part, the mayor of Curumaní, Hermes Martínez, commented that “there will be 4 kilometers of pipes that will allow the drinking water service to arrive optimally.” The construction and optimization project of the line conduction of the Curumaní urban aqueduct contemplates the installation of 4,035 linear meters of pipe for a conduction line that connects the drinking water treatment plant with the distribution networks of the municipal capital; valves, suction cups and macrometers.

With this new project, service will be guaranteed 24 hours a day in the urban area; in this sense, Governor Sanjuán Dávila He committed that before the month of June the departmental government together with the Mayor’s Office would be beginning the sectorization for the urban area.

The manager of Aguas del Cesar, Leonardo Zuleta Guerra, asked the community present to be empowered by this project and defend it so that it can reach a successful conclusion. He also invited them to be natural observers so that the project is beneficial for all inhabitants.
