AVIANO. Lorenzo Polo Friz, 23 years old from Giais di Aviano, spends his holidays in the fields again this year, who works alongside the cultivation of saffron, hazelnuts and raspberries.
While his friends are at the seaside, in the mountains or abroad, between examinations, he takes care of his crops, collects the fruits, transforms them and puts them on the market.
