SUNSETS ABOVE. A woman from 1965, from Spilimbergo, fell down from Casera Rest towards Passo Rest, stumbling on a channel that runs along the road.
In the impact, falling face downstream, she caused a probable fracture in her wrist. To recover it, the support of the Civil Protection helicopter was requested since it would take about an hour even to reach it by car from the pass and the woman was dizzy and could not walk.
Three rescuers from the Maniago station were boarded on the helicopter and splinted her limb.
