Suihua, Harbin, Yichun and Jilin in Heilongjiang Songyuan and Baicheng, Inner Mongolia Tongliao local area 30 ~ 49 mm; Western Heilongjiang, western Jilin, Liaoning maximum snow depth 15-30 cm, and central Liaoning 35-50 cm.
