In two contracts at the Popayán airport, the Attorney General’s Office finds possible non-compliance – news

The control entity ordered the opening of an investigation, one of construction, another of intervention at the Guillermo León Valencia airport.

The Attorney General’s Office ordered opening of disciplinary investigation against Omar Javier Suspes Fonseca, Delegate supervisor of two contracts at the Guillermo León Valencia airport in the city of Popayán, Cauca.

Likewise, the control entity ordered the opening of an investigation against Erick José Castillo Curieux, in his capacity as rLegal representative of the JAS4 Consortium, the intervening firm.

The first contract consisted of remodeling and adaptation of both the land side and the air side of the Popayán airport, while the second undertook supervision to guarantee compliance with the execution of the works. The Public Ministry ordered the disciplinary opening for alleged non-compliance in the execution of both contracts.
