Can we say that the historic center is the soul of a city? And can we say that a city is a beautiful city, if it is liveable and lively? And isn’t it worrying that parts of the city are at risk of silence? And can we afford a historic center lacking in animation, activity, pleasure in relationships, a taste for beauty, the strength of city identity? It is precisely by reflecting on these questions that the ArteinFuga Collective of Ivrea has decided on a gesture, this one.
