The residents of via Strusiglia and some of the merchants who are near the roundabout that crosses via Cascinette, are now exasperated. «People come and ask me every day: when does this construction end? I really, I don’t know what to say anymore. We are now entering the fifth consecutive month of closure, after work in alternating phases », explains Patrizia Jans, owner of the nearby tobacconist’s newsstand.
