The men were captured in flagrante delicto by uniformed members of the National Police, after being alerted by the community.
Likewise, in another case, after a blockade plan activated by the National Police, the capture in flagrante of Stiven Oswaldo Valcárcel Cabeza and Daniel Esteban Galindo was achieved on public roads in the Miramar neighborhood, accused of stealing a motorcycle, this January 8.
According to the videos and testimony of the victim, these people, by pulling, seized the velocipede that was parked in front of a residence in the San Luis neighborhood of that city.
