Retired General Carlos Omairo Lemus Pedraza, inspector general and chief of staff of the National Army between 2005 and 2008, and retired General Carlos Arturo Suárez Bustamante, chief of operations and inspector general of both the Army and the General Command of the National Army, must also appear.
