Two sports journalists from Mexico described the Ecuadorian soccer player Joao Rojas, about being a “crazy kid.”

In a sports program on the radio RG La Deportiva, from Monterrey, in Mexicothey criticized the low level of Joao Rojas.

The future of the Ecuadorian soccer player is not yet defined with Monterrey of Mexico, a team in which he has not managed to stand out.

There is much speculation about an imminent departure from the ‘Rayados’ team. The journalists assured that the Ecuadorian is not leaving good options for his club.

Joao Rojas is not the same since his return to the fields after overcoming a serious injury he suffered in 2022 during a match between Monterrey and América.

The Ecuadorian had to undergo surgery and was off the field for more than eight months.

He was diagnosed with a torn cruciate ligament.

The leader spoke

José Antonio Noriega, president of the Rayados, mentioned about the club stance.

“Joao Rojas and Jonathan González have spoken with them and they have been told that the intention is for them to no longer be part of the squad,” said Noriega.

“Joao’s departure opens a place to receive a player in any position on the field,” added the manager.

However, the player has no intention of leaving Monterrey: “I am staying in Rayados. I’m ready to be champion with this club.”

According to RG La Deportiva, the Ecuadorian would have been infatuated with staying in the ‘Rayado’ team.

“He would have asked to go to a big man from Mexico or Brazil, in case they don’t want to have him in Monterrey. He is a crazy kid,” said journalist Santiago Fourcade.

“He has asked that if he is transferred, that it be to a biggest team than Monterrey, otherwise not,” said Isaac Trevino, who shared his opinion by saying that he is a “crazy kid.”
