From this point of view there is the concern that the funds from the Recovery fund are in the aims of the mafias, the minister observed, recalling that “hard work” is being done on this front, as demonstrated by the 700 anti-mafia bans adopted by the prefects only in first 5 months of 2021, and the increase of these measures from about 1,500 in 2019 to over 2,200 in 2020 “.
