Feltre. A lightning bolt hit a house in via dei pascoli in Feltre in full at 3.30 today, Thursday 5 August, causing the rupture of the methane pipeline from which the flames rose so high as to set fire to the roof of the building on two levels.

All the tenants of the two apartments are unharmed, but there is very heavy damage to the roof and the electrical system. The dishwasher on the first floor caught fire and set the whole kitchen on fire.

Great work for the firefighters, who secured the building after five hours of intervention, declaring it uninhabitable. The two host families were placed in emergency housing by social services.
