Loans and mortgages to families increased by 18 percent in one year in the Treviso area

With regard to the average amounts requested, compared to the first half of 2020 in Veneto there is an average value of 133,679 euros, slightly lower than the national average

TREVISO. Families need credit, loans and financing are on the rise. Treviso shares the same dynamics as the rest of Veneto, according to the Crif Barometer survey.

As regards Veneto, the Crif study shows that in the first half of 2021 the number of requests for new mortgages and subrogations increased by 21.8% compared to the same period in 2020. Treviso is slightly below the average, but however growing: more than 18.8%.

With regard to the average amounts requested, compared to the first half of 2020 in Veneto there is an average value of 133,679 euros, slightly lower than the national average. The province of Verona leads the regional ranking, with 145,548 euros on average requested, followed by Padua (136,156 euros) and Treviso (132,373 euros).

Also with regard to finalized loans, the province of Treviso shows a strong increase in the first half of 2021 compared to the same period of 2020: 40.8% more queries.

In terms of the amount requested, however, the average for loans aimed at the region was € 8,247, higher than the national average. With 9,494 euros requested, Belluno is the province in which the most consistent average amount is recorded, followed by Verona, where the value settled at 8,419 euros, and by Vicenza, with 8,421 euros.

Our province records an average amount of 8,238 euros. Finally, personal loans: in the half-year just ended, Veneto recorded an increase in requests of 4.9% compared to the same period in 2020. Treviso recorded an increase of 3.2%, with an average personal amount of 12,923 euros , in line with the regional average and slightly below the national one.
