The National Charity Lottery (LNB), carried out the weekly draw this Wednesday, this time dedicated to the “XXIV Central American and Caribbean Games, San Salvador, 2023 Volunteering”.
The general manager of the institution, Héctor Aguiar, highlighted the sporting spirit that reigns in the games, where each athlete gives their best. “Today we are here to celebrate the spirit of service that unites us through sport. We are just a few days away from witnessing the San Salvador 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games, a sporting event that brings together athletes from all over our region in an atmosphere of competition and sporting excellence”, said.
He recalled that the Lottery is the official sponsor of the games, and that part of the accompaniment to the activity is the dedication of the draws for the entire month of June, in order to promote the sport.
As for the volunteers, Aguiar stated that these people are “fundamental pillars that will make the success of the Games possible”, and that their work goes beyond organization and logistics, extending to generosity, effort and dedication to ensure that these games are a true testimony of excellence and hospitality.
«You are the heart and important part of these games, the force that drives the sportsmanship for this competition.” he reiterated to the team of volunteers.
Aguiar also congratulated COSSAN and its president, Yamil Bukele for the work they do, leaving an indelible mark on the sports history of El Salvador.
This Wednesday’s drawing included a third prize of $10,000, a second prize of $20,000, and a first prize pool of $195,000.
