Mafia and drug trafficking: twenty-five arrests in five regions, including in Fvg

UDINE. A precautionary custody order for drug trafficking with mafia methods is being executed against 25 people, believed to be affiliated with a clan of Bitonto and Palo del Colle, in the province of Bari.

The arrests are carried out by the carabinieri in Puglia, Calabria, Sicily, Emilia Romagna and Friuli Venezia Giulia. More details on the operation will be provided during a press conference to be held at 10.30 in the offices of the Bari anti-mafia district directorate.
