[NTD News June 16, 2021, Beijing time]After the European Parliament passed the proposal on the digital vaccine certificate for Chinese Communist pneumonia (COVID-19) last week, the French government recently issued new regulations to relax the entry of qualified vaccinated passengers into France Restrictive measures, but did not approve of Chinese vaccines, and listed China as an orange area subject to antigen testing. The Chinese Communist Party officials were very angry about this and threatened to retaliate with “reciprocal sanctions.”

The French government recently issued a new rule announcing that after a passenger has been vaccinated by the French government and the prescribed time limit is reached, they may not provide an “urgent reason” when entering France; passengers who have not been vaccinated must fill in the travel form to indicate when entering France. “Urgent reasons” and self-quarantine for 7 days after arriving in France.

Currently, the only vaccines approved by the French government include Pfizer, Modena, AstraZeneca (AZ) and Johnson & Johnson. According to the latest regulations, travelers who have been vaccinated against Pfizer, Modena, and AstraZeneca must complete the second injection for 2 weeks; travelers who have received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine must have one injection for 4 weeks, and those with a history of infection will enter the country. A vaccination is required for 2 weeks. “China-made vaccines are not yet approved by France.”

In addition, the French government has divided the world into three regions: green, orange, and red based on the epidemic, and China is included in the orange region.

According to the latest notice from the French government, from June 9th, when passengers from the orange area enter France, regardless of whether they have been vaccinated, they must provide a negative certificate of nucleic acid test (PCR) within 72 hours or within 48 hours upon boarding. Antigen test (TAG) negative certificate; when arriving in France, the French government will also randomly conduct an antigen test.

Under the above-mentioned relevant regulations, Chinese passengers traveling to France must provide relevant test certificates when boarding the plane, fill out a travel form and mark “urgent reasons” when entering the country, and stay at home for 7 days after arriving in France.

The official website of the Chinese Embassy in France issued an announcement on the 14th to remind Chinese citizens to pay attention to the above entry regulations. Later, a Chinese official media official account issued a document, citing that the Chinese vaccine was included in the emergency use list by the World Health Organization (WHO) last month, expressing dissatisfaction with France’s non-recognition of vaccines made in China and the inclusion of China in the orange area, and accusing them of these. The regulations are “obvious political manipulation” and threatened that the Chinese Communist government will retaliate against them.

In response to telephone inquiries from foreign media, the staff of the Chinese Embassy in France also claimed that China will impose “reciprocal sanctions” on France, that is, when French people enter China, China does not recognize the non-Chinese vaccines they vaccinate. The staff member said: “At present, if French people enter China, their vaccine will not be recognized on our side. Both sides have not yet recognized each other.”

In an interview with Radio Free Asia, French commentator Wang Longmeng pointed out that the above-mentioned actions of the Chinese Communist Party were aimed at stimulating domestic national sentiments. The Chinese Communist Embassy in France deliberately issued a document to guide domestic public opinion, and its behavior is “political manipulation.”

Wang Longmeng said: “China (the Chinese Communist government) is responsible for the global spread of the epidemic. The EU has finally awakened. France, as a leading country in the EU, refuses to recognize China’s vaccines as a legitimate position.

He said that the CCP’s pneumonia epidemic first broke out in China and spread to the world due to the CCP government’s concealment. The CCP took the opportunity to use “wolf war diplomacy”, “mask diplomacy” and “vaccine diplomacy” to shift focus and shirk its responsibilities. France’s refusal to recognize China’s vaccines with safety risks is not only responsible for the lives of its own country and EU citizens, but also a necessary means to prevent China’s vaccine diplomacy and dominance through the epidemic.

In fact, the aforementioned new entry management regulations issued by the French government are based on the European Parliament’s proposal on EU digital vaccine certificates passed on June 9.

On June 14, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen formally signed the European Vaccine Certificate Regulations that have been passed by the European Parliament. According to the regulations, from July 1st, those who hold the EU digital CCP pneumonia vaccine certificate will be vaccinated with the approved CCP pneumonia vaccine in the EU for 2 weeks and during travel in all EU countries as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. , Will not need to accept additional virus testing or quarantine. The EU currently approved vaccines for Chinese Communist pneumonia include only Pfizer, Modena, AstraZeneca (AZ) and Johnson & Johnson.
