Il Department of Civil Serviceas part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan ā Reform 2.3: āSkills and careersā ā Sub-investment 2.3.2 āDevelopment of capabilities in planning, organization and strategic training of the workforceā, launched the project called āInnovation organizational and human resources management strategiesā, implemented by Train.
After the expression of interest on 14 December 2023, through which applications were received from entities interested in the project GRU- Organizational innovation and human resources management strategiescontinues the path of analysis of the organizational systems of the institutions, with a preliminary analysis exploratory investigation which provides the completing a questionnaire to acquire, in a structured way, the first data on their organizational characteristics and to identify areas for improvement.
A meeting with the 136 administrations participating in the GRU project is scheduled for mid-May in Rome.
