A good news. In the budget law comes the push to implement the NRP with more funds immediately available to implement the projects: in fact, the revolving fund for the implementation of the Next Generation Eu-Italia rises in the last draft of the maneuver, which anticipates the contributions that will gradually arrive from the EU to the verification of the progress of the plan. The endowment of the fund, established by the budget law of 2021, rises by approximately 10 billion in 2022 (50.307 billion compared to the 40.307 billion initially envisaged). The resources immediately available also increase in 2023 from the 44.573 billion already foreseen to 53.623 billion.
