Futsal is gradually gaining strength in Valledupar thanks to the talent of those who practice this sport, but, just as there are outstanding players, in the judging part the referees play a fundamental role.

Maria Camila Rosado is part of the select group of judges who direct the commitments of this sport that is disputed on the different fields of the world capital of vallenato.

The referee began writing her story on February 27, 2017, the day she entered the Cesar Referees School, Arfusace, motivated by a friend who extended the invitation while she was running a soccer school.

However, because she began her studies, in 2020 she had to leave a passion that had fallen in love with her, although she continued to attend sports venues. Three years later, on July 31, 2023, Maria Camila returned to the fields, but this time not as a spectator, but to referee futsal.
