Giving immediate response to the request made by the inhabitants of the Eje sector The Goths-Communal, this Friday, March 15, the Mayor’s Office of Maturín carried out sanitation work in the pipe of the Alto de los Godos parish.
Specifically, on 5th and 9th streets, the Maturín Municipal Autonomous Institute of the Environment (Iamam) deployed more than 82 workers and 20 weeding machine operators to manually clean the channel.
Likewise, mechanized work was carried out by placing a backhoe machine and a dump truck for the 379-meter-long sanitation.
In addition, weeding was carried out at the Manola Luna Silva School, Casa de los Abuelos, Tennis Court and all the surrounding areas of the Los Godos sector, with the support of the municipal decoration crews.
In compliance with the schedule for weeding the city’s streets and avenues, carried out by the mayor of Maturín Ana Fuentes, this Friday the Iamam crews carried out cleaning work on Orinoco, Bella Vista, Libertador and Raúl Leoni avenues.
More than 370 meters of the channel’s length were cleaned. Maturín Mayor’s Office provides immediate response to the inhabitants of the Alto de Los Godos parish.
