MAZZÈ. A special Saturday, to say no to nuclear power: “We don’t want waste”, the most popular slogan of the parade which started on Saturday afternoon, around 3.15 pm, in Mazzè, from the sports facilities.

A thousand people participated, including children in strollers carried by mothers.

Many flags of Coldiretti and the CGIL, present about thirty mayors of municipalities in the area.

Also noteworthy is the presence of about twenty tractors.

The community has expressed a clear no to the hypothesis of construction of the site and the deposit of radioactive waste on a large slice of territory between Mazzè, Caluso, Chivasso and

Rondissone, defined as the To-10 area. Hypothesis that to date, is by no means averted.
