The city has lost another of its protagonists: on Tuesday 10 May, at the age of 82, the former mayor Leopoldo Bressan passed away. He belonged to a historic Montebelluna family who had given so much to the political life of the city and continues to give it. He had been mayor of Montebelluna from February 1992 to June 1993, before him his brother Giovanni had been mayor of the city.
