A motorcyclist identified as Manuel Leonardo Sandoval Avellaneda, 23 years old, died in a traffic accident that occurred around 11:20 p.m. on February 21, in race 1 with diagonal 47 in Yopal.

According to the report, there was a crash against the divider, with such force that the motorcycle remained on the divider and the body on the road.

Excessive speed, apparent drunkenness (to be established) and not using a safety helmet are pointed out as possible hypotheses.
