The governor of Cauca, Octavio Guzmán, rejected the acts of violence that have been recorded in recent hours. And that have been attributed to the Central General Staff of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (Farc).
At the same time, it asked social organizations and human rights defenders at the national and international level to speak out against these acts. “Let us demand that the violent people stop their attacks against the civilian population and that they demonstrate once and for all in a real way their will for peace and reconciliation.”
