A hundred activists (with masks to avoid the complaint) gathered in the public gardens shouting “Freedom, freedom”. Tension with the Digos but no accidents
VITTORIO VENETO. “Freedom, freedom, freedom”. It is the loud cry of the one hundred no vax who met in the public gardens of Vittorio Veneto to protest against the demonstration in Piazza del Popolo prohibited by the Police Headquarters. Piazza cordoned off like last Sunday but young and old, some (not many) without a mask, quietly gathered in the garden, among the victories who would have liked to enjoy the afternoon sitting on the benches. There were moments of tension before and after what Denis Bonaldo called “a walk”.
A protester showed up shouting “Free Free” in tones that seemed violent to the agents. However, the attempt to identify him was unsuccessful because the small crowd of no vax began to applaud. Bonaldo, before the site lasted for an hour, distributed a leaflet with some articles of the Constitution, in his opinion denied. The virologist Franchi also intervened.
At the end, a new moment of tension between a Digos executive who recalled how the demonstration was prohibited, and a group of demonstrators. “Enough abuses, Liberta” were the slogans of the reaction of those present. No accident, however. Police, Carabinieri, Guardia di Finanza, local police monitored remotely.
