A young federal police officer has now died in Nuremberg. He had previously been attacked and beaten during an operation at the main train station. The preliminary autopsy results are now clear: there is no connection between the attack and the death of the 30-year-old officer, according to the Middle Franconian police. The young officer was attacked on Thursday morning in the area of a toilet. He suffered blows to his upper body and head. A little later, according to police, he went to the doctor because he wasn’t feeling well. There he collapsed and died. According to the autopsy, the 30-year-old police officer died due to a medical cause. The main train station in Nuremberg is considered a crime hotspot.
