OLBIA. Paolo Pirina, 76, a rather well-known person in the city, is gone. For some time ill, Pirina, a former port, was for several years a municipal councilor in the ranks of Forza Italia, then Pdl. In the past, before the diaspora of the early 1990s, Pirina had been a long-time member of the Italian Socialist Party. The former city councilor was also known for his restaurant business. Together with his son Antonello, in fact, he managed the Pink Bar restaurant, which is located in the Poltu Quadu district, very popular with the inhabitants of Olbia and beyond. The funeral of Paolo Pirina, who leaves his wife Annarita and children Antonello and Monica, will be celebrated on Friday at 10 in the parish of the Holy Family.
