The report revealed that the number of martyrs from the Civil Defense reached 48 martyrs, in addition to 132 martyrs of journalists, 7,000 missing persons, 70% of whom were children and women, 71,920 injured, and 17,000 children living without their parents or one of them.
The report said that there are 11,000 wounded people who need to travel for “life-saving and dangerous” treatment, 10,000 cancer patients who face the risk of death, 700,000 people infected with infectious diseases as a result of displacement, and 8,000 cases of viral hepatitis infection, due to displacement, and there are 60,000 women. Pregnant women are at risk due to lack of access to health care, and 350,000 chronic patients are at risk due to the lack of access to medicines.
He continued, there are also 269 arrests of health personnel, 10 arrests of journalists whose names are known, and 2 million displaced people in the Gaza Strip.
The government office said that 163 government headquarters were destroyed by the occupation, 100 schools and universities were completely destroyed by the occupation, 305 schools and universities were partially destroyed by the occupation, 217 mosques were completely destroyed by the occupation, 284 mosques were partially destroyed by the occupation, and 3 churches were targeted and destroyed by the occupation.
According to the report, the Israeli occupation completely destroyed 70,000 housing units, and 290,000 housing units were partially destroyed and became uninhabitable.
The government office indicated that the occupation dropped 70,000 tons of explosives on Gaza, causing 32 hospitals to be out of service, 53 health centers to be out of service, 155 health institutions targeted by the occupation, 126 ambulances targeted by the occupation army, and 200 archaeological and heritage sites destroyed.
