The Hollywood awards season entered its final stretch with the announcement this Tuesday of the nominations for the 2024 Oscars.
After a complicated year for the industry, with a long strike by actors and scriptwriters that barely came to an end, the 96th edition gala will be held on March 10 in Los Angeles.
It was expected that Oppenheimer, Killers of the Flower Moon (“The Moon Killers”) Barbie, Poor Things (“Poor creatures”) and The Holdovers(“Those who stay”) will monopolize the awards in the main categories.
Oppenheimer He ultimately led the nominations list with 13. Poor Things is next with 11, followed by Killers of the Flower Moon con 10.

“The Snow Society”the film directed by the Spanish Juan Antonio Bayona which tells the true story of the survivors of the plane crash of Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571, earned nominations for best international film and best makeup and hairstyling.
