Other districts of the province including Peshawar were engulfed in fog, motorways were closed

Web Desk: Other plain areas of the country, including Peshawar, are covered in fog, due to reduced visibility, the motorways were closed at various places.
According to the Motorway Police, the plain areas of the country including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab are covered in fog, Motorway M1 from Peshawar to Islamabad including Motorway M3, M5 were closed for traffic.
Sources say that tariff flow has been restricted in most areas of the country, including across the province.
Swat Expressway from Colonel Sher Khan to Ismaila, Hazara Expressway from Burhan to Jharikis and Motorway M14 from Hekla to York were closed due to heavy fog.
The Motorway Police has also advised the citizens to be careful not to travel during fog.
