People’s Daily | Shandong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision integrates integrity culture education into cadre training

by admin

The Shandong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision is taking significant steps to integrate integrity culture education into cadre training, according to a report in the Jinan newspaper. In recent years, the discipline inspection and supervision agencies at all levels in Shandong have been focusing on promoting the construction of a culture of integrity in all fields.

The Shandong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has been making extensive efforts to incorporate integrity culture education into the education and training of disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres. This initiative involves integrating integrity culture education into the “required courses” and “frequent courses” for cadre training. The goal is to provide positive guidance and negative warnings to help guide disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres to be upright, hard-working, and honest in their roles.

In the education exhibition hall of the Shandong Provincial Discipline Inspection and Supervision Cadres Training Institute, 52 cases of disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres violating disciplines and laws were showcased. This serves as a reminder for the cadres to exercise power prudently and perform their duties cleanly.

Zhang Peng, a member of the Standing Committee of the Longkou Municipal Party Committee, emphasized the significance of these cases, stating that most of them are within the province and serve as a great warning to all cadres.

Chen Changhui, the director of the Propaganda Department of the Shandong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, highlighted the focus on catching small infractions early and being strict in daily life. The commission organized on-site teaching on integrity culture education in 28 training courses held last year, reaching over 5,200 students.
