PIEVE DI SOLIGO. About thirty people, including parliamentarians, councilors and coordinators of the Lega and Fratelli d’Italia, took part on Saturday 2 April 2022 at 10 am in the flash mob summoned by the two parties to Pieve di Soligo to ask for justice and security, after the murder of Adriano Armelin, the 83-year-old craftsman killed at home by a young Moroccan during a robbery attempt. “We want to solicit more attention on the issue of safety and perhaps also certainty of the punishment for those who are guilty of such serious sins”, announced the provincial coordinator of the League on the eve of the demonstration. On the eve of the flashmob the mayor Stefano Soldan he had invited to “not exploit the tragedy” and to demonstrate only after the funeral of Armelin, which is scheduled for Tuesday 5 April 2022 at 3 pm in the cathedral of Pieve.
