The National Civil Police (PNC) continues to guarantee the safety of thousands of students in the different educational centers where, as happened with 1st and 2nd cycle students of the General Manuel Belgrano School Center, located in the district of Santo Tomás, municipality from San Salvador South; from the Virgilio Cornejo School Center, in the Ahuachapán Centro municipality.
To encourage the efforts of each of the students, the Police awarded diplomas in recognition of participation in the violence prevention and road safety education talks.
“Thousands of students attend classes every day, with the security provided by our police officers throughout the national territory,” the institution reported.
In all the educational centers, the Police were careful to ensure that the students, parents and teachers arrived with complete peace of mind without the siege of the gangs.
In that sense, there was a police presence in educational centers located in three districts of the municipality of Cuscatlán Sur, these are: Rafael Cabrera Educational Complex, located in El Carmen; Néstor Salamanca School Center, Cojutepeque; and the Luis Pastor Argueta School Center, in Monte San Juan.
While in San Salvador Este, three study centers in the Soyapango district were covered, these are: Republic of Korea Educational Complex, San Luis National Institute and the Fe y Alegría San José Educational Complex.
The El Paisnal National Institute and the El Paisnal School Center were also covered, as well as the Delfina de Díaz Educational Complex, in Guazapa, in the municipality of San Salvador Norte.
On the San Salvador Oeste side, the Cantón Tutultepeque Educational Complex and the Montiel Villacorta School Center, both in the Nejapa district. In the district of Panchimalco, municipality of San Salvador Sur, security was guaranteed at the Cantón Quezalapa School Center.
In San Miguel there was surveillance in areas of the El Tránsito School Center and the Cantón San Antonio Silva School Center; Likewise at the Tomas Medina School Center, in Santa Ana.
In addition, a group of students from the Lirios del Norte School Center, Cuscatancingo district, visited the facilities of the Police Headquarters in San Salvador where they learned the history of the institution and then had a soccer match.
All of these citizen security actions, cultural and sports activities are replicated in other educational institutes throughout the country.
