Pnrr, the Ulss of Belluno is looking for a designer for the community houses

The Dolomite healthcare company has launched a tender procedure for a plan that will lead to the construction of four structures for a value of 12 million euros

BELLUNO. Ulss Dolomiti has launched a tender procedure to entrust the design and construction management tasks for the construction of the “Community Houses” and the new location of the Feltre community hospital financed with Pnrr funds.

From a first estimate, it is expected that around 12 million euros will be foreseen for the construction of community houses, half of which will be drawn from the funds of the NRP.

For the House of the Community of Agordo 2,500,000 euros will be needed, of which 1.5 million with Pnrr and one million with Fsr; for that of Belluno the costs will be equal to 3.5 million, of which 1.5 million to be used on the NRR and 2 million for the FSR. For the House of the Community of Pieve di Cadore 1,750,000 euros should be spent, of which 1.5 million with the Recovery and Resilience Plan and 250,000 with the Fsr, and finally 4 million euros (1,500 .000 with Pnrr and 2.500.000 with Fsr).

Ulss Dolomiti is now looking for designers to start with the design of these structures that will be part of a larger project. These houses of the “hub” community will in fact be part of a network with other structures already identified in the area, and in particular in the Terre Alte, whose construction has been financed with other funds.

The Pnrr funds represent a unique opportunity for development and for the reorganization of proximity networks with investment in Community Homes and Hospitals. This first phase opted for the identification of external designers to maintain a stringent timing as required by the Pnrr.
