IVREA. Since yesterday the excuse of the Pos that it does not work is no longer valid. Using it is worth a fine. In fact, since yesterday, traders, artisans and professionals can be sanctioned if they do not allow customers to pay with a debit card (such as an ATM), credit or prepaid card. Failure to accept the electronic payment entails, if found, a double penalty: thirty euros plus 4% calculated on the value of the denied transaction (without reduced payment, foreseen when payment is made within 60 days of the dispute).
