The Representative to the Chamber for Chocó, Astrid Sánchez, expresses solidarity with the victims of her region and asks the National Government to resolve the situation on that road once and for all.
“We demand that the National Government make the necessary and definitive investments, once this emergency is overcome, for paving and investment in high-tech retaining walls.”
Likewise, he asks to decree a social and economic emergency in the Department and invited the President of the Republic, Gustavo Petro, to dispatch from Chocó to the entire Pacific.
“We have lived for years this same situation of deaths due to lack of real investment by the National Government,” highlights the Representative of Chocó Astrid Sánchez.
