Saab explained that María Natalia Améstica and Guillermo Améstica, alias El Nano, were accused of the crimes of homicide qualified with treachery and for futile reasons in the degree of co-authorship, obstruction of the administration of justice, simulation of a punishable act, false attestation before a public official and criminal association.
Marcos Pratolongo is charged with the crimes of homicide qualified with treachery and for futile motive, as an unnecessary accomplice, simulation of a punishable act, obstruction of the administration of justice and association to commit a crime.
Police officials Edgar Trillo, Gilbert Cruz and Teresa Pinto are accused of obstruction of the administration of justice, simulation of a punishable act, aggravated corruption and conspiracy to commit a crime.
And the pathologist Solangela Mendoza for obstruction of the administration of justice, concealment and association to commit a crime.
The prosecutor concluded his message by recalling that the Améstica brothers confessed, free of “any duress, in the presence of their technical defense, the actions carried out against their victims Carlos Molnar and Tirone González.”
At the end of December, the Prosecutor’s Office published a series of videos in which both explained how Canserbero and Molnar’s crime was committed.
According to the woman’s confession, on the night of the crimes she provided the victims with tea in which she added 10 milligrams of Alpram to make them fall asleep.
Once the drug took effect, Améstica stabbed Molnar and then went to the sofa where Canserbero was sleeping to stab him twice in the side.
The woman called her brother Guillermo Améstica, who arrived at the scene accompanied by three officials from the Bolivarian Intelligence Service who advised them to modify the crime scene and simulate a homicide-suicide resulting from a fight.
