The Attorney General’s Office is investigating the administrative assistant of the Agustín Rangel educational institution in Curumaní, Cesar, Alcibiades Carreño Carvajal, for the alleged sexual abuse of four students.
The public servant, who also serves as the paymaster of the educational center, apparently carried out abusive sexual acts against girls under 14 years of age who attend the institution and who, furthermore, apparently belong to the same family.
Apparently, the official abused his position and failed to fulfill his duty to protect the right to personal integrity and privacy of the princesses; as well as, his possible violation of the principle of morality.
Due to the above, the Public Ministry seeks to clarify the actions of Carreño Carvajal that are the subject of investigation.
These events occurred last year and at the time of the capture of the alleged sexual abuser, he came forward to confront the accusations that have been made against him.
Alcibiades Carreño Carvajal, who worked as an administrative assistant at the school where the events occurred, acknowledged that he is the person who appears in the video that circulated on social networks, in which he can be seen naked with some minors.
“Yes sir, regarding that I tell you that that was a cell phone that was stolen from me and thanks to that there is my defense” said Carreño, while classifying himself as a man born in San Roque, known throughout the department, El Cesar. for having a “very big personality” and having a good name.
In his defense, he assured that this is part of a plot orchestrated by some people at the educational institution.
