Officials from the Sijin and Gaula of the Police, in coordination with the CTI of the Prosecutor’s Office, carried out the capture of alias ‘Gordo’, an alleged hitman of a multi-crime organization who would be involved in the murder of four people that occurred in the Las Palmas neighborhood of municipality of Quibdó last Sunday, March 3, 2024.
The capture was recorded in the ninth race, in the sector known as Chamblún, Quibdó, after the members of the Criminal Investigation Section intercepted the taxi in which he was traveling as a passenger, in accordance with the current measure for his arrest. The police proceeded to read them their rights as a captured person, accused of the crimes of aggravated homicide and manufacture, trafficking and illegal possession of a firearm or ammunition.
The Prosecutor’s Office obtained the legalization of the arrest for his alleged participation in the murder of four people.
