Nofal Al-Zarhouni, the striker of the Raja Sports Football Team, underwent a set of medical examinations after the injury he suffered in the last match between the “Green Team” and its counterpart, the Turkish Sports Federation, in the professional league competitions.
“Hesport” learned from an informed source that the results of the medical examinations were reassuring for Zerhouni, and showed that his injury was not a cause for concern, and that the hamstrings were not damaged, which was what the player and “Eagles” supporters feared.
The same source explained that Al-Zarhouni is suffering from a bruise that caused swelling in his knee, and he has begun his treatment program, provided that he returns to the stadiums in a period not exceeding ten days, to strengthen the German Joseph Zinnbauer battalion.
Abdel Hakim Ait Al-Hassan, the “Nisour” doctor, said in press statements after the meeting: “Nawfal Al-Zarhouni underwent preliminary clinical examinations, and the initial examination showed that the injury is not very serious.”
The scoreless draw decided the confrontation between Raja and Ittihad Tawarka, with both teams adding a point to their tally, as Ittihad Tawarka’s tally reached 26 points in the seventh grade, while Raja Athletic Club’s tally reached 41 points in second place.
It is noteworthy that Raja Athletic is preparing to face its guest, Hassania Agadir, tomorrow, Tuesday, for the 20th round of the Moroccan Professional League, a match that will mark the absence of the injured Naufal Zerhouni.
