The Singapore Grand Prix is one of the most demanding races every year, as the urban track, heat and high humidity pose a great physical burden. Pilots lose around four liters of fluids during this grand prix.
Few expected that, despite these challenges, we would see a collapse of Red Bull, who lost their admirable streak of consecutive victories. The same streak ended for defending champion Max Verstappen.
Singapore raised new heroes who were given the chance to fight for one of the few possible victories this season. In the previous race in Monza, Italy, Red Bull was mainly followed by Ferrari, who did not believe in themselves very much in Singapore. In the end, however, it turned out that it was either a bad estimate or a deliberate reduction of pressure on the entire team.
It could be a pretty good recipe, as Red Bull only recently announced what has been widely rumored so far this season – that they want to win every remaining grand prix this year. While team officials were cautious about this, it worked out. This question is resolved after Sunday seven grands prix before the end of the season.

Ferrari experienced a rather difficult twenties of this century. It did not win a single grand prix in 2020 and ended the season in a shameful sixth place. It did not win the race in the next season either, but it was enough for at least third place in the final standings. Last year, the Scuderia riders took second place thanks to four triumphs. So far this year they have been waiting for victory.
The Italian stable has not enjoyed too many praises recently, rather the opposite. But at least the previous races in Monza showed that Ferrari can pull itself together from time to time and perform really well. The stable under the leadership of Frédéric Vasseur in Singapore did not expect much, but in the end they pleasantly surprised their fans.
