by admin

The implementing provisions of the regional law 17/2021 have been approved by the Regional Council of the Valle d’Aosta

The Valle d’Aosta regional council has approved the implementing provisions of the law to support companies holding subsidized regional mortgages signed with Finaosta (regional law 17/2021).

The measure, linked to the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency, allows companies to request the extension of the amortization plans up to a maximum of seven years, with a possible pre-amortization period of up to two years, for subsidized mortgages stipulated on the date of entry into force of the law (published in the Official Bulletin last July 14).

Requests for renegotiation must be submitted by 31 August. Finaosta will receive the questions and will evaluate the creditworthiness of the company to give the ok to change the contractual conditions.

“The assessment – specifies the regional finance department – concerns the ability of the company to generate sufficient liquidity to repay the loan or mortgages according to the new renegotiated amortization plan, taking into account the financial commitments of the same towards the credit system , the Revenue Agency and Public Bodies for unpaid and installment-based taxes and contributions. In the event of a negative outcome of the credit investigation, Finaosta SpA notifies the company of the refusal to grant the renegotiation and evaluates the classification of the same in compliance with its own credit classification procedures pursuant to the applicable legislation “.

Companies that have already benefited from the suspension of the loans provided for by regional law no. 5 of 2021.
