Circumstances
The activity took place in several provinces of the country, including in Quito; The relatives went to the outskirts of the National Service for Comprehensive Attention to Adults Deprived of Liberty and Adolescent Offenders (SNAI) to request that the rights of the prisoners not be violated.
In the case of Loja, the relatives carried signs with various slogans, among these: “The PPL are people and have rights”, “We prefer them alive and not dead”, “Do not violate their fundamental rights.”
The National Police, upon learning of the measure, increased the number of police officers and remained vigilant outside to ensure security and ensure that the measure is carried out without any inconvenience.
