The Municipal Promiscuous Court 003 of Turbo sanctioned Conrad Valoyes Mendoza, mayor of Riosucio, Chocó, with ten days of arrest, and imposed a fine of ten monthly legal minimum wages, for disregarding a guardianship ruling of March 11, 2022 that guaranteed the right to the vital minimum of a plaintiff.
Contravening a judicial order, Mayor Valoyes Mendoza did not pay the pension allowances of Mrs. Nhora María Quinto Mosquera.
Continued non-compliance with the court order could lead to further sanctions.
